Reports To: Digital Media Manager

Job Summary:
The User Experience (UX) Designer will be responsible for creating and improving the overall user experience of our digital media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to translate user needs and business requirements into exceptional user experiences. The UX Designer will collaborate with the Digital Media team to design and optimize user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction, drive engagement, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct user research and gather user insights to inform the design process.
2. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.

4. Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
5. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Qualifications and Skills:

4. Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
